Bhilai, In compliance with the decree passed by the Estate Court, the unauthorized occupants of the Old Employment Office, Jawahar Market, who were issued decrees numbered 16/2025 (Vijay Sonkar), 17/2025 (Sameer Khan), 18/2025 (Abdul Saleem), 19/2025 (Dashrath Dhritlahre), 20/2025 (Tika Ram Sahu), 21/2025 (Saheb Lal Sonkar), 22/2025 (Ravindra Jaiswal), 23/2025 (Chandan Jaiswal), 24/2025 (Lal Babu), and 25/2025 (Bachhu Sonkar), were jointly served notices by Bhilai Steel Plant, Nagar Sewa, Enforcement Department, and Bhilai Municipal Corporation. The notices instructed them to vacate the premises within 48 hours, failing which the encroachments would be removed forcefully. A penalty of Rs. 1,22,000 was also imposed on each of the unauthorized occupants by the Estate Court.
The unauthorized occupants have voluntarily removed all ten encroachments on June 5, 2025. The Estate Court has been informed about the development.”
