Practical session to focus on cyber frauds, phishing, payment scams and account takeovers; free registration for business owners and professionals
Durg, September 16, 2026, The Agrawal Community of Entrepreneurs (A.C.E.) of AYC Bhilai – Team Abhyuday 2026–27, in association with the Bhilai Branch of CIRC of ICAI, is organising a special awareness session on “Cyber Safety for Business” on Friday, September 18, 2026, at BIT, Durg.
The session has been planned to create awareness among business owners, professionals and employees about growing cyber threats and the importance of adopting safe digital practices in business operations.
Focus on cyber frauds and digital security
The practical awareness programme will cover important issues such as cyber frauds, phishing attacks, payment scams and account takeovers. Participants will be guided on how to identify potential cyber threats, protect business accounts and take preventive measures against online fraud.
The organisers have highlighted the message “Be Aware | Be Prepared | Be Secure”, stressing the need for businesses to remain alert and prepared against evolving cyber risks.
Senior police officers to join speaker panel
The programme will feature a speaker panel comprising Shri Vijay Agrawal, IPS, SSP, Durg; Shri Shobhraj Agrawal, Additional SP, Durg; and Dr. Sankalp Rai, Cyber Cell, Durg.
The presence of senior police and cyber-security officials is expected to provide participants with practical information about cybercrime prevention and response.
